Arctic Numpties are the world's most authentic tribute to Arctic Monkeys, originating from Yorkshire, and growing up in the same places as the original band. Arctic Numpties are the only tribute from Sheffield, giving them that extra special likeness and connection to the real Monkeys. the band perfectly replicate the look and sound of the iconic Sheffield band, playing songs from all seven studio albums using the same guitars, outfits and unique Turner-esque charm.
to celebrate 20 years since the release of Arctic Monkeys' debut album, 'whatever people say i am, that's what i'm not', throughout 2026, the band are putting crowds in a time machine back to 2006. live shows consist of two sets, the iconic debut album played live in full from front to back in true early Monkeys style. the second set shortly after consists of the greatest hits from the six studio albums that followed.
formed in 2019 by Ben Curry and Jack Walker, the band have since gone from strength to strength, regularly touring the uk and being featured by the likes of BBC Look North, BBC Radio Sheffield and The Guardian.
